Full-Time Memory Care Resident Assistant

Salary: $16.75 per hour Schedule: Full Time, 2pm - 10pm. Various days of the week and alternating weekends and holidays As a Memory Care Resident Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. Your main responsibilities will include: Assisting residents with daily activities such as grooming, bathing, and maintaining a comfortable and clean personal environment. Transporting residents safely within the community for various activities, dining, and to other departments. Responding promptly to emergency calls, resident and visitor requests, as well as addressing any environmental hazards effectively and safely. Reviewing and following resident care plans while taking and recording vital signs. Qualifications: To thrive in this rewarding position, the following experiences and skills are essential: High School diploma or equivalent required. Compliance with all state educational requirements for the role. CPR certification is preferred. Experience working with the elderly population is highly regarded. A calm, helpful, and respectful demeanor is vital.
