Key responsibilities: Guest Experience: Welcoming and engaging guests to create a memorable dining experience. Ensure an optimal experience for all guests. Overseeing the dining and bar areas to ensure excellent service. Addressing guest concerns and feedback efficiently and accurately. Staff Management: Lead, coach, and inspire employees ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Training, development, and coaching staff to ensure positive team environment. Supporting training, scheduling, and team development Conducting pre-shift meetings and communicating daily goals. Operational Management: Oversee F&B service, inventory, and cost controls. Reviewing P&L (Profit & Loss) statements Ensure policies & procedures are being followed and creating a welcoming environment inside and outside.
