Your Day at Lowe's In this role, you will verify the accuracy of store signage, pricing information, and displays, simplifying the shopping process for our customers. You'll craft product displays that are safe, clean, visually appealing, and accessible. While your main focus will be on merchandising tasks, you may have occasional interactions with customers, assisting them by answering questions, providing product or warranty information, and helping with merchandise retrieval. Key Responsibilities Execute merchandising resets and service-related projects as outlined by Lowe's, ensuring proof of task completion. Verify buyback items to ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping. Update and confirm signage to guarantee accurate wayfinding and product location information throughout the store. Ensure product pricing is prominently visible and replace any missing price labels. Boost additional sales by staging clearance products and organizing items effectively within the store. Repair or replace any damaged or missing signage, merchandise, and displays. Communicate project priorities and requirements with the Merchandising Services Team and your Manager. Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and service to leadership. Carry out any other assigned duties as required. Minimum Qualifications Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic. Excellent communication skills, including effective listening and speaking. Proficient in utilizing web-based programs for task management. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodations. Preferred Qualifications Experience on the Lowe's sales floor. Background in product merchandising, including reading planograms and setting up displays. Familiarity with operating power equipment, such as lifts and order pickers. Knowledge of essential tools like hand tools, drills, and saws.
