We're looking for an experienced o9 application management expert to elevate Meta's next-generation Infra AI Data Centers and Reality Lab MR/AR devices supply chain applications. This is an exciting opportunity to significantly influence our business by developing AI infrastructure and playing a key role in our Reality Labs devices supply chain, contributing to the future of computing. Responsibilities: Design and implement o9-based supply chain planning solutions, including demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). Transform business needs into effective configurations on the o9 platform, creating structured and actionable solution blueprints. Configure o9 modules, alerts, metrics, scorecards, and integrations for optimal system performance. Lead integration testing during System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure seamless data flow between systems, including ERP platforms like SAP and Oracle. Collaborate with business leaders to develop impactful short-term and long-term strategies. Oversee the strategic and operational elements of our supply chain systems. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience with o9 Solutions implementation. 7+ years in supply chain planning, particularly in demand forecasting, inventory management, S&OP, and capacity planning. Proven success in leading comprehensive o9 implementation projects from functional and technical perspectives. Hands-on experience with o9 Solutions, including configurations, workflow modeling, UI design, performance tuning, and report design. Proficiency in o9 modules, APIs, and integration capabilities. Familiarity with programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript) and SQL. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and their integration into planning functions. Strong understanding of supply chain transactional data and o9 data ingestion requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced understanding of o9 data models. Knowledge of AI/ML forecasting, demand sensing, or optimization solvers (e.g., Gurobi, CPLEX). Certifications such as o9 Author or Contributor Certification are highly valued. Additional credentials for L1 Functional, L2 Technical, or integration specialists are a bonus. Able to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
