Your Role and Responsibilities Conducting thorough patient evaluations, prescribing necessary diagnostic procedures, and developing patient-centered care plans. Identifying and managing acute, chronic, or episodic illnesses independently or in partnership with collaborating physicians, based on your qualifications. Providing education to patients and families regarding prevention strategies, overall wellness, and management of chronic diseases. Issuing prescriptions and therapeutic interventions within the purview of your practice. Engaging in follow-up appointments and managing chronic health conditions. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote seamless and holistic patient care. Maintaining meticulous documentation within electronic medical records (EMR).
