Compensation & Total Rewards Base Salary: $72,000 - $113,000 (Based on experience) Bonus: Up to $14,000 in RVU incentives Student Loans: PSLF & loan forgiveness program Relocation: Assistance available for those moving to the area Benefits: 401k with company match, health, dental, and vision Clinical Setting & Caseload Patient Volume: Average of 12 patients per day. Appointment Times: 45-minute evaluations and 30-minute treatments. Case Mix: Total joints, ACL/ligament repairs, shoulder, post-op, pre-hab, and teen ortho.
