We are looking for a servant-hearted Physical Therapist to join our elite team of 85 therapy professionals. Whether you are a veteran clinician looking to specialize or a New Graduate seeking a supportive start, our innovative leadership and brand-new Ortho Clinic provide the ideal setting to thrive. Why Our Team? Quality Over Quantity: 1-on-1 treatment sessions with a 75% productivity standard. Financial Peace of Mind: $40,000 in loan forgiveness plus an attainable RVU bonus structure. Mentorship that Works: A dedicated 6-month training program specifically designed for New Grads. Total Work-Life Balance: Monday through Friday schedule. No weekends. No holidays. Compensation & Total Rewards Base Salary: $72,000 - $113,000 (Based on experience) Bonus: Up to $14,000 in RVU incentives Student Loans: PSLF & loan forgiveness program Relocation: Assistance available for those moving to the area Benefits: 401k with company match, health, dental, and vision Clinical Setting & Caseload Patient Volume: Average of 12 patients per day. Appointment Times: 45-minute evaluations and 30-minute treatments. Case Mix: Total joints, ACL/ligament repairs, shoulder, post-op, pre-hab, and teen ortho.
