About the Role: In this pivotal role, you will recruit top-tier professionals to join our dynamic team at Crowe. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and partners to understand their staffing requirements deeply. Your success will be measured by your ability to identify, attract, and evaluate candidates, along with facilitating a seamless recruitment process. We are seeking candidates who can showcase their experience in building robust relationships with hiring managers and influencing recruitment strategies effectively. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire recruiting process from initial requisition approval to offer acceptance. Collaborate with hiring leaders to develop innovative recruiting strategies under the guidance of your Team Lead. Maintain an understanding of the candidate market in specialized areas and continuously learn to become a strategic talent advisor. Use market intelligence tools to provide insights to Hiring Managers/Partners on candidate trends, adjusting strategies as required. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely feedback and consistent communication. Engage in networking through industry relationships, associations, and referrals to cultivate new talent. Apply strong sourcing techniques using various methods and technologies. Maintain accurate data for real-time reporting on recruitment progress. Offer suggestions for improving the recruiting process. Participate in special projects or task forces as needed. Model and promote Crowe's values of diversity and inclusion. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years of recruiting or relevant HR experience. Exceptional multitasking and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proven strategic thinking and adaptability based on market conditions. Experience acting as a trusted Talent Advisor to business leaders to achieve common goals. Consultative mindset with a successful track record of building stakeholder relationships and exceeding expectations. Excellent communication, organization, and talent assessment capabilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System is preferred. The compensation for this role ranges from $65,000.00 to $128,500.00 per year, depending on various factors, including skills, experience, and organizational needs.
