As an Associate Account Services Coordinator, you will play an essential role in delivering on that promise. You will serve as a key partner to Account Managers and Account Services Coordinators, ensuring client requests are executed accurately, efficiently, and with a service-first mindset. From benefit summaries to administrative updates, your work will help create a seamless client experience and strengthen the foundation of our business. RESPONSIBILITIES Own the accurate processing of administrative and non-rated changes for existing accounts, ensuring timely updates to benefit structures, contact information, and account data. Develop deep knowledge of system configuration, plan designs, products, and customer benefit structures to confidently support client needs. Prepare benefit highlight summaries and respond to client information requests with clarity and precision. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data for presentations, reporting, and issue resolution. Research and resolve client inquiries using internal systems and workflows, communicating solutions clearly and professionally. Translate complex internal information into concise, client-friendly responses. Support open enrollment meetings and, as needed, assist with or deliver presentations in both in-person and virtual settings. Contribute to special projects that enhance operational efficiency and strengthen client support processes. Actively participate in team meetings and trainings. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent required. 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or administrative/client support roles preferred, including direct and indirect client interaction. Insurance license may be required in some states. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with demonstrated proficiency in Excel and Word. Familiarity with Delta Dental and competitor products, service guarantees, Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs), contractual language, Current Dental Terminology (CDT) codes, and dental terminology preferred. Strong customer service mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organization, time management, and multitasking abilities. A detail-oriented, solutions-focused approach with strong follow-through. Confidence working independently while collaborating effectively across teams. Ability to handle detailed data accurately and maintain confidentiality. A professional, courteous, and helpful demeanor in all interactions. Ability to work a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. pacific. and to come into the local office as needed. Base Pay Information The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications, and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. Pay Grade 13. $33,600 - $67,900 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Behind the smile!
