Position Overview AI Product Management Expert Remote Join our Data and Technology team as an AI Product Manager, where you will lead the lifecycle of cutting-edge AI solutions. Collaborating closely with data science and engineering teams, you will identify business requirements and work across various departments to strengthen our AI capabilities. Together with fellow product managers, you will help define our product roadmap to address both current and future business needs. Responsibilities Become an expert in your product areas, acting as the primary liaison for stakeholders before engaging with technical teams. Work alongside engineers, data scientists, and product teams to create AI solutions that enhance business value, adoption, and user engagement. Lead discussions with business stakeholders to gain insights into processes and needs, crafting clear business and technical requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to effectively manage new intake requests. Understand how your product areas integrate into the overall roadmap, recognizing dependencies and opportunities for growth. Establish key performance indicators to assess product success. Serve as the customer advocate in technical discussions, nurturing relationships between application teams and data teams. Collaborate with various stakeholders including engineering, architecture, operations, product, marketing, partnerships, and customer success. Assist technical product analysts in supporting engineering teams through the entire delivery lifecycle. Examine the impact of AI products on the healthcare sector, illustrating how they effectively address specific challenges. Experience 3+ years of technical product management experience with a successful track record of defining product scope and delivering alongside technical teams. Strong understanding of Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Data Analytics, as well as tools like SQL, Python, R, Spark, AWS, Azure, and Snowflake. Ability to attentively listen to diverse audiences, identify requirements and challenges, and translate their needs into AI solutions. Familiarity with principles of machine learning, data engineering, and software engineering. Technical proficiency to engage in discussions related to AI design solutions, machine learning models, and infrastructure. Excellent communication skills with experience in active listening and conveying information clearly, both verbally and in writing. Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence. Experience in managing AI lifecycle processes, overseeing use cases, and coordinating requests. Open to candidates from both B2B and B2C environments, including those with experience outside the healthcare sector. A mindset of intellectual curiosity, self-initiative, and expertise in AI product development is crucial for your success. Base Salary Range $105,000.00 - $140,000.00 Zelis is committed to equitable compensation, considering experience, education, and qualifications. Base pay is just one part of our Total Rewards package, which may include bonuses or other incentives based on the role.
