Job Requisition ID # 26WD95170 Position Overview Join our dynamic Fusion 360 Data Services development team as a Backend Java Developer. We seek a driven individual who is passionate about server-side software development to help us build and maintain our crucial Data Management services for Autodesk’s leading product, Fusion 360, which serves over a million users globally. This next-generation CAD application features a sophisticated ecosystem of client and server components, a cutting-edge web client, SDK, and various cloud services that interact with premier CAD products such as AutoCAD, Inventor, and Revit. Responsibilities Collaborate in a professional scrum team responsible for critical microservices that support Fusion 360 Data. Write high-quality, clean, and efficient code adhering to development best practices. Proactively evaluate and resolve performance, stability, scalability, and extensibility issues within the systems. Contribute to the development of test automation, including monitoring and maintaining automated tests. Work closely with stakeholders such as Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members to understand and translate requirements into high-quality microservices that enhance customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience with cloud services and application development. Strong knowledge of Java programming, object-oriented design principles, Spring, and Jersey. Experience with automation testing tools like JUnit, Cucumber, JMeter, or Locust. Proficient in developing RESTful web services using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot. Familiarity with relational and NoSQL database technologies, such as MySQL or DynamoDB. Experienced with build and CI/CD tools, including Gradle, Maven, Docker, or Jenkins. Proficient in using Git or similar version control systems. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness to collaborate with colleagues across different time zones. Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities. Salary Transparency The salary is a key aspect of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For positions based in the U.S., the expected starting base salary is between $98,000 and $175,450, with offers dependent on the candidate’s experience and location, potentially exceeding this range. Additional elements of our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, sales commissions, stock grants, and comprehensive benefits.
