About the Role: As a Cardiology Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional nursing care in an office-based environment. You will work under the guidance of healthcare providers to assess patient needs, plan necessary interventions, and evaluate health responses, all while adhering to established protocols and standards. This position reports to a Practice Manager. Deliver collaborative nursing care within an office setting. Assess the physical and psychosocial needs of patients and develop comprehensive care plans for continuity of care. Communicate effectively with providers regarding patient assessments and requirements. Proactively facilitate seamless patient experiences. Meticulously document patient health statuses and medical histories while assisting with visit scheduling. Conduct thorough reviews of patient records to ensure completeness and address any issues with providers. Demonstrate independent nursing actions based on assessments and identified patient issues. Manage medication prescriptions under provider guidance and monitor patient responses. Maintain accurate and ongoing documentation of patient needs, progress, and responses to care. Triage telephone calls efficiently, providing prompt and professional nursing interventions. Support patients and their families with empathy, ensuring confidentiality and respect for their privacy.
