We are seeking a dynamic Project Management Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with top experts in construction and engineering, contributing to the success of large-scale projects. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Supporting all facets of construction project delivery to ensure successful execution. Managing change orders and maintaining effective communication with owners and subcontractors, including invoicing. Upholding quality standards and actively contributing to our comprehensive quality management program. Overseeing process equipment management, including its receipt, storage, and handling. Implementing proactive risk management and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Managing project submittals, change requests, design adjustments, and nonconformance notices. Assisting in project scheduling efforts, including preparing 3-week lookahead schedules. Supervising project engineering team members to ensure project success. Facilitating a seamless project closeout process. Developing skills and experience for future advancement to Project Manager or Construction Manager roles. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction projects. Experience in municipal water, wastewater, water resources, and conveyance-related work. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building systems, contract management, and client relationship management. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Alternative Project Delivery methods such as design-build, progressive design-build, and construction-manager-at-risk.
