In this role, you will have the chance to: Guide clients in crafting and executing effective water reuse strategies that align with technical, regulatory, and community needs. Lead diverse teams through every project phase, from feasibility assessments to full implementation. Collaborate with sales leaders to identify new project opportunities and assist with scope and budget planning. Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor, ensuring clear communication throughout all project stages. Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure consistent and high-quality project delivery. Partner with CDM Smith's experts across different disciplines to develop comprehensive solutions. Mentor junior project managers and technical staff, fostering the next generation of leaders in water management. Represent CDM Smith at industry conferences and events, enhancing our presence in the water reuse sector. Identify and seek opportunities to expand our water reuse services to current and prospective clients. Why This Role Matters Water reuse is crucial for sustainable water management. Implementing advanced treatment technologies responsibly. Creating new, reliable water sources for those in need. Your work will play a key role in helping clients achieve a sustainable water future. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 13 years of relevant experience. PMP (PMI), CCM, or DBIA certification required (must be obtained within 12 months of hire or promotion). Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally as needed for project responsibilities. Equivalent additional directly related experience may substitute for a degree. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering. A professional engineering license is highly preferred. Experience working with communities in the southeastern US. Proven experience managing treatment-related projects exceeding $1M. Prior involvement in water reclamation and reuse initiatives.
