Position: Accounting & HR Administrator Location: Germantown, WI Job Type: Full-Time, In Person Schedule: Monday-Friday Position Overview Germantown client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & HR Administrator to support day-to-day accounting operations and HR administration. This role is primarily responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with secondary responsibility supporting payroll coordination, onboarding, benefits administration and accurate employee records. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership of processes and working in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance - Process accounts payable including invoice entry, coding, approvals, and payment runs. - Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections support. - Maintain vendor and customer master data. - Assist with month-end close activities, reconciliations and schedules. - Support accountant, banking and lender requests. - Maintain organized financial records and documentation. - Support ERP/accounting system accuracy and data integrity. HR Administration - Coordinate new hire onboarding documentation. - Administer payroll inputs in coordination with payroll provider. - Maintain employee records and HRIS data. - Support benefits enrollment and employee changes. - Track PTO, attendance and compliance documentation. - Serve as a point of contact for basic employee administrative questions. Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting is required. - Minimum 3 years of experience supporting payroll and/or HR administration is preferred. - Manufacturing or operations environment experience is a plus. - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred.
