Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Senior Supply-Demand Planning Expert, where you'll leverage your expertise to create precise product forecasts and strategic inventory plans that effectively tackle complex supply-demand challenges. Your leadership will be pivotal in guiding cross-functional supply chain teams to resolve issues related to excess inventory and supply shortages, ensuring successful revenue generation and customer satisfaction. Your analytical capabilities will offer essential insights into forward-looking supply chain revenue potential, providing senior leadership with key information to support strategic decision-making. You will successfully communicate business outcomes and planning proposals to various internal stakeholders, including supply chain, finance, and other business units. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to innovate by designing, developing, and assessing new planning processes and systems. As a mentor, you will guide junior planners while also assisting senior planners and management when required. Building strong relationships with stakeholders across different Oracle lines-of-business and with suppliers is crucial for your success in this role. Your deep knowledge in supply chain planning, paired with your strong business insight, will allow you to excel in this fast-paced and often dynamic environment. Guide cross-functional teams to address inventory challenges and enhance revenue and customer satisfaction. Assess future supply chain capacities for executive leadership. Effectively present planning recommendations to diverse teams. Contribute to the development of new planning processes and systems. Mentor junior planners and support senior management as needed. Salary and Benefits: The hiring range for this position is between $87,000 and $178,100 annually, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity.
