Your Exciting Opportunity We are searching for a Senior Product Manager focused on Energy Storage Innovation. This role transcends typical sales duties; it is about creatively aligning technology with customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you'll utilize your technical knowledge and market expertise to design solutions that delight our customers. Your Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a comprehensive ownership value model that integrates technical insight, commercial strategy, and market dynamics. Analyze customer needs and assess their impact on product value, ensuring optimal benefits for users. Proactively explore innovative strategies to elevate customer satisfaction through your modeling skills. Create and deliver compelling presentations to internal teams, showcasing the value of our products. Collaborate with engineering, program, and production teams to accurately represent customer interests. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to assess their implications for GM's product portfolio. Act as GM's ambassador at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows. Your Qualifications At least 4 years of experience in energy, product management, or business development. Deep understanding of energy industry fundamentals, including project finance. Proficient in energy market dynamics, with the ability to model values based on system or component specifications. Experience developing evaluation models; knowledge of Python is a plus. Solid understanding of energy cell and system design. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field; equivalent experience is also acceptable. Compensation and Benefits This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $117,800 to $205,000, determined by experience and geographical factors. Eligible candidates may also participate in a performance-based bonus program and enjoy a range of health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, vision, retirement savings plans, tuition assistance, and more. This position supports remote work; however, candidates located within a specified distance from a GM hub are expected to work in-person three times a week, or as directed by management.
