As a Compliance Lead, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists, integrating real-world experience with cutting-edge digital innovation and AI. Your main responsibilities will include: Developing, implementing, and overseeing rigorous compliance programs for life sciences construction projects. Ensuring all projects adhere to GMP, FDA, EMA, ISO, and local health and safety regulations. Conducting thorough compliance audits, inspections, and risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborating with project stakeholders to embed compliance within design, construction, and commissioning phases. Maintaining comprehensive documentation to support regulatory inspections and client audits. Training and advising project teams on compliance requirements and industry best practices. Investigating and resolving compliance issues, while implementing corrective and preventive actions. Liaising with regulators, clients, and internal teams for clear and effective communication. Promoting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance processes and project delivery. This role requires onsite work at client locations, providing an excellent opportunity to foster relationships and enhance collaboration. Compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $145,000 annually, depending on various factors including location, experience, and skill set. To be a part of our team, you should meet the following qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Life Sciences, or a related field. At least 6 years of experience in compliance management in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors. In-depth knowledge of GMP, FDA, EMA, ISO standards, and applicable local building codes. Demonstrated experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, and managing regulatory documentation. If you possess a Master’s degree and have 8 or more years of experience in compliance management, especially within the life sciences or biotech sectors, those will be considered strong assets.
