Position Overview: The Strategy Analyst will be instrumental in overcoming key challenges related to our bargain strategy. Reporting to the Strategy Sr. Manager, you will collaborate with various business areas and interact regularly with key stakeholders in Dublin, CA, and New York, NY. The base salary for this role is $77,900 - $117,050, influenced by your experience, skills, qualifications, education, and location. This range is part of a broader compensation package that may include other benefits. Main Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support strategic business initiatives. Analyze financial, operational, and statistical data to inform key priorities within the company. Create compelling presentations to communicate findings and insights across various platforms (e.g., Board meetings, Executive meetings). Identify business problems, diagnose root causes, and propose actionable solutions. Deepen understanding of the off-price business and execute plans to gather relevant data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pivotal initiatives (e.g., new store formats and strategies). Drive customer insights through quantitative and qualitative consumer research. Manage external research and vendor relationships to optimize data utilization. Monitor ongoing and ad hoc events to inform executive-level decisions. Provide ad hoc business intelligence and competitive insights to senior executives. Required Qualifications: A college degree in an analytical or business field is preferred. 2-3 years of experience in an analytical environment, corporate strategy, consulting, or financial services. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Ability to prioritize analyses to deliver actionable results efficiently. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in your work. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, capable of fostering relationships at all levels. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SPSS or similar is a plus. Understanding of basic financial, statistical, and economic concepts. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an office environment primarily on a computer, including tasks such as sitting, standing, and attending meetings.
