Mortgage Servicing Analyst

Title: Mortgage Servicing Oversight Specialist (Contract) Location: Tempe, AZ Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 remote Type: Contract Overview: Seeking a mortgage servicing professional to manage inquiries and escalations within a servicing oversight team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Handle inquiries and escalations within SLAs Review mortgage loans (early to late-stage delinquency) Partner with internal teams and external vendors Track trends and support reporting Assist with ad hoc projects as needed Requirements: Mortgage servicing experience required 3-5 years in mortgage servicing/client services Knowledge of escrow, insurance, taxes, and payment processing Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills MSP/Director experience preferred
