Join our dynamic team and make an impact as a Dispute Resolution Support Specialist! This position offers the flexibility of remote work from home in the Eastern Time Zone or the opportunity to work at our Westfield, IN location. As a Dispute Resolution Support Specialist, you will be integral to our Loan Administration Support Department's Dispute Team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support in tracking and organizing customer complaints and issues. You will ensure that all activities comply with our company's policies and all applicable US state and federal laws and regulations. The target pay for this role ranges from $23.50/hr to $25.50/hr. Key Responsibilities: Gather and provide detailed analysis of complaints, addressing business and regulatory errors. Maintain and update the customer complaint tracking system to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Collaborate daily with various internal teams to gather information for resolving open complaints. Support the Dispute Team with the preparation of outgoing packages and assist in copying and scanning documents. Provide general administrative support as required. Assist with special projects or additional duties as assigned. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite effectively. Exhibit strong attention to detail, work well independently, and contribute positively as a team player. Familiarity with relevant industry-specific software is preferred. Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Engage confidently with senior management. Make decisions that significantly impact the department's credibility and operations. Organize and prioritize your work schedule efficiently. Exhibit strong math skills and ensure accuracy in results. Compose clear and professional letters. Communicate ideas effectively and efficiently, both verbally and in writing. Navigate and negotiate complex issues with an understanding of differing perspectives. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred but not mandatory. A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mortgage banking and/or the financial industry is required.
