We are in search of a passionate Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of the Semantic Agent Builder. This vital tool allows teams to create influential AI agents using our semantic data platform within the Oracle Health EHR ecosystem. Your role will be pivotal in defining the strategy and execution needed to establish a robust agent ecosystem through close collaboration with our data science, engineering, and UX teams. Responsibilities Develop a visionary roadmap for AI agent evolution that empowers users and meets their needs. Design an intuitive agent creation process that simplifies the journey from concept to production, enhancing the developer experience. Translate abstract ideas and unmet requirements into detailed product specifications, establishing clear success criteria and assessing technical feasibility. Collaborate with data science, engineering, and UX teams to define agent functionalities and enhance user interactions. Lead the development of high-quality datasets for training and validating agent models, with a focus on robust annotation guidelines. Create validation protocols to assess agent performance, usability, and clinical safety in simulated environments prior to launch. Oversee release planning and documentation to ensure seamless rollouts of new agent features. Ensure compliance of Clinical AI Agents with healthcare data privacy and reliability standards. Engage with key customers and design partners to gather insightful user feedback, allowing the product to evolve effectively to meet clinical demands. Manage a design partner program focused on usability, translating insights into actionable development tasks. Track adoption metrics and quality indicators to inform product backlog priorities. Effectively communicate decisions and trade-offs, maintaining an organized decision log and influencing cross-functional stakeholders toward strategic objectives. Minimum Qualifications (required) 7+ years of product management experience in AI ecosystems with demonstrated, measurable outcomes. 3+ years of experience improving platform experiences for low-code tools or developer ecosystems. Expertise in managing end-to-end user journeys in pattern-based or composable product designs. Strong understanding of clinical workflows, informatics, and healthcare operations. Solid knowledge of semantic data layers and knowledge graphs, with the ability to translate them into user-friendly experiences. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to align diverse teams and articulate product narratives to both leadership and customers. Preferred Qualifications Experience with EHR platforms and healthcare data standards such as FHIR in a product owner capacity. Successful track record in creating partner programs, translating feedback into actionable product enhancements, and operationalizing adoption metrics. Compensation The salary range for this role is between $82,500 and $199,500 annually, with potential for bonuses and equity.
