School Psychologist Position

Join our team as a talented School Psychologist for the upcoming school year! Hourly Rate Range: $50.00-$65.00 per hour Your Responsibilities Will Include: Conducting psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, and social-emotional needs. Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans tailored to each student. Providing individual and group counseling to enhance student mental health and behavioral development. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and special education teams to create effective intervention strategies. Participating in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and crisis interventions as required. Maintaining confidential records and documentation according to Michigan Department of Education (MDE) and IDEA guidelines. Delivering training and consultation for staff on mental health, behavior management, and overall student wellness. Required Qualifications: A Master's or Doctorate in School Psychology from an accredited program. Michigan Preliminary School Psychologist Certificate or Full School Psychologist Certificate issued by the Michigan Department of Education (MDE). Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) certification is preferred. Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check are required.
