Job Description Overview: We are excited to invite a talented Project Leader in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle sector to join our forward-thinking team. In this critical role, you will lead the Electronic Health Record Modernization program, enhancing our initiatives in optimization, product development, and deployment within the revenue cycle domain. Your leadership will ensure we not only meet but surpass our clients' expectations in delivering timely and high-quality results. Roles and Responsibilities Act as the key client representative during internal planning and development activities. Oversee aligned projects to meet all project requirements effectively. Serve as the primary contact for client leadership, delivering status updates and addressing any emerging issues promptly. Lead strategically and serve as a subject matter expert on all revenue cycle project aspects. Collaborate closely with internal teams on funded initiatives, including Federal Consulting, Product Management, and Support. Facilitate strategic planning initiatives to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines. Manage and track activities, ensuring consistent project updates and status reports. Participate in workshops and collaborations focused on continuous improvement. Lead meetings with clients, representing Oracle Health and fostering strong relationships. Recommended Qualifications for Project Manager - Healthcare Revenue Cycle Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, health informatics, business, or a related field (required). 6-10 years of experience in healthcare IT, revenue cycle management, or EHR implementation/project management (required). Experience with EHR transitions or post-go-live optimization efforts (strongly preferred). Prior experience in a hospital, healthcare system, or VA environment (preferred). Hands-on experience with Oracle Health/Cerner Revenue Cycle solutions (required). Core Skills & Competencies Proven experience in leading EHR implementation and transition projects successfully. Strong ability to track deliverables and manage detailed project requirements. Excellent organizational and documentation abilities. Skilled in evaluating current processes and recommending strategic improvements. Oracle Health/Cerner Revenue Cycle Solution Expertise Experience in designing and implementing Oracle Health/Cerner Revenue Cycle solutions effectively. Proficient in troubleshooting EHR-related issues in collaboration with IT and operational stakeholders. Familiarity with EHR data governance, compliance, and reporting mechanisms. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Experience engaging with business operations and finance teams, as well as Oracle Health workstreams. Ability to facilitate problem-solving between technical, financial, and operational teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective presentation of updates and reports. A professional demeanor that promotes adaptability and a culture of change. Adaptability & Independent Work Agile and flexible, with the ability to adapt swiftly to shifting priorities. Self-motivated in executing initiatives and making informed decisions. Comfortable navigating complex challenges with a solutions-focused approach. Technical & Analytical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and similar project management tools. Adept at analyzing EHR financial performance metrics for informed decision-making. Detail-oriented in content production, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary range in the United States, from $87,000 to $178,100 per year, along with opportunities for bonuses and equity.
