Job Full Description Hiring: Experienced Full Desk Recruiter(s) in Marietta (NOT REMOTE) MUST have at least two years of Recruiting and/or Strong Inside Sales Experience Salary: $40-$45K - with Very competitive Commission, Bonus & Profit-Sharing Plan Hours: M-F, 8-5 Location: Marietta (in office position- NOT REMOTE) Must have excellent relationship building skills Must be creative, organized & have attention to detail Must have good typing skills and be well spoken in person but also in emails Looking for someone with at least 3 years' inside sales experience preferably in the staffing industry. Responsibilities: Calling existing clients and/or prospects to try and place top candidates Calling on Prospects to schedule appointments for you and for Director of Business Development Filling open job orders with the RIGHT candidates Bringing in and recruiting talent for open job orders Preparing resumes for associates Requirements: At least 2 years' inside sales or staffing experience (both ideally) Self-motivated accustomed to being on the phone and scheduling appointments Well-spoken with professional presentation skills/ exceptional customer service Very proficient in Typing, Word and Excel Consultative Sales skills with history of follow-up Must be organized and have used a CRM system Marietta, GA 2718 1395 South Marietta Parkway Building 400, Ste 214 Marietta, GA 30067
