Position Overview: As the Lead Senior Project Manager at Henderson Engineers, you will leverage your expertise across our six market sectors, including Business, Community, Grocery & Distribution, Health, Retail, and Venue. Collaborating closely with our sister company, Henderson Building Solutions, you will be pivotal in delivering an unparalleled client experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate every aspect of project planning, execution, and client interaction. Manage project proposals, contracts, and budgets effectively. Plan and guide project deliverables, delegating tasks as necessary. Maintain proactive communication and service with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor budgets and financial adherence, ensuring project performance meets or exceeds expectations. Define quality expectations and ensure deliverables align with project objectives. Develop comprehensive scopes of work and fees for complex projects, reducing risk. Initiate regular communication with clients and sub-consultants to foster satisfaction and align project goals. Actively anticipate and resolve project-related conflicts, sharing insights for improved client experiences. Collaborate with leadership to create and support business development strategies within your sector. Guide less experienced Project Managers and team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, technology, or business preferred; 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree will be considered. A minimum of 14 years of relevant experience is required, including at least 10 years in project management. Expertise in project management standards and execution is essential. In-depth knowledge of building design and construction principles is required. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Revit, CAD, and/or Bluebeam is highly desirable. Project management certification is a plus. P.E. (Professional Engineer) license is preferred.
