If you are looking to elevate your career within a dynamic team, we invite you to apply for the Senior Director of Compliance Initiatives role within our Ethics & Compliance organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead and enhance key compliance initiatives such as Antibribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC), Insider Trading, Conflicts of Interest, and Antitrust issues. Collaborate closely with the Office of General Counsel to conduct thorough risk assessments, monitor regulatory changes, maintain risk registers, and escalate critical risks to leadership. Partner with process owners and stakeholders to develop, maintain, and update compliance policies and procedures in alignment with applicable laws and regulations. Design and implement engaging training programs for employees and stakeholders on compliance matters. Establish and oversee comprehensive monitoring systems for compliance throughout the organization; execute control testing and prepare insightful compliance dashboards and reports for leadership. Qualifications: At least twelve years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, legal, or similar fields, ideally within professional services or highly regulated sectors. Juris Doctor, advanced master's degree, or certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) combined with significant regulatory compliance expertise. Proven experience managing compliance programs in complex environments with a global perspective. Familiarity with compliance technology and data analytics is preferred. In-depth knowledge of at least one and preferably two areas: ABAC, Conflicts of Interest, Insider Trading, Antitrust. Strong understanding of risk management principles and regulatory frameworks. Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and senior leadership. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
