This is an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in both office and hospital settings! Position Highlights: Specialty: OB/GYN Location: Richmond, VA  Schedule: Office Hours: 8a-4p, weekdays Call Coverage: 24-hour weekday call + 24-hour weekend call (1:4 call ratio) Dates: May 1, 2026 - August 31, 2026 Patient Volume: 25-30 scheduled patients/day Clinical Responsibilities: Obstetrics: Low-risk and high-risk pregnancy management FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE OB ultrasounds (Level I/screening and interpretation) Labor & delivery: vaginal, low forceps, C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs, 3rd & 4th degree laceration repair Gynecology: Office/minor procedures: IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP Surgical gynecology: diagnostic/minor laparoscopic, tubal ligation, ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOAs Hospital: Level III NICU support Practice & Support: 4 physicians + 5 midwives; one-on-one clinical staff support (CMA, LPN, RN) 3 exam rooms per provider Onsite lab and ultrasound EMR: EPC Trauma Level: 2 Submission Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN - REQUIRED Active VA license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED Self-Query NPDB report within 30 days - REQUIRED BLS/ACLS certification - REQUIRED Provider must be local (mileage reimbursed) - REQUIRED Must specify travel location at time of submission Why You'll Love This Role: High-volume OB/GYN practice with both office and hospital care Exposure to comprehensive obstetrics and gynecologic procedures Supportive team with seasoned techs and clinical staff Opportunity to provide vital coverage for a physician on medical leave  Interested providers, apply today to join a collaborative OB/GYN team in Richmond!
