The Senior Trainer and Learning Facilitator position offers a unique chance to influence the workflows of over 10,000 users of the Population Insights Compass. In this role, you will empower both Humana associates and external provider practices, guiding them in utilizing vital healthcare data and tools to improve health outcomes for Humana members across various markets. As the Senior Trainer and Learning Facilitator, you will oversee all aspects of training, from needs analysis to curriculum development, conducting training sessions, and assessing post-training impact. Facilitate scheduled and on-demand training sessions, ensuring learners gain the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively use the Compass application. Develop and revise standardized templates, documentation, policies, protocols, case studies, and best-practice resources to enhance the learning experience. Implement modern web-based tools, learning management systems (LMS), and digital applications to provide seamless virtual and hybrid training experiences. Champion best practices in education and process improvement, keeping training engaging, relevant, and aligned with Humana's mission of enhancing member health outcomes. Leverage Your Skills to Drive Transformation! Required Qualifications: Over 5 years of experience in training and facilitation (both virtual and in-person). At least 2 years of experience crafting communications for internal associates and/or external providers. Minimum of 2 years of proficiency in MS Office, particularly strong skills in Excel. 1+ years of experience with digital content creation tools (such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Camtasia Studio). Experience in producing training materials (including slide decks, eLearning modules, videos, and quick reference guides). Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), especially Workday Learning and Cornerstone. Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in the healthcare sector. Experience using Power BI. Understanding of cognitive learning principles and/or Adult Learning Theory. Experience in Population Health Management. Knowledge of utilizing AI in educational initiatives. Additional Information: Work-from-Home Requirements: Your internet service must meet a minimum of 25 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed; wired connections are preferred. Satellite, cellular, and microwave connections may be approved by leadership. Associates in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will receive bi-weekly internet expense reimbursement. Humana will supply necessary telephone equipment for your role. A quiet workspace is necessary to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. Although this role is remote, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Pay Range: The compensation range for this position reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment. Actual pay may vary based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications. $78,400 - $107,800 per year This position is also eligible for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.
