Key Responsibilities Primary lanes operate across the Central US, stretching west to KS, east to PA, north to MN, and south to GA. Enjoy 100% No Touch Dry Van freight. Drivers with under 6 months experience will run OTR for 4-6 weeks with training provided. Home biweekly. Tasks include a blend of drop & hook and live load/unload. Flexibility to drive during both day and night shifts is required. Weekly mileage ranges from 1700 to 2400. Requirements Must have graduated from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours of instruction. Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Class A CDL. Prefer a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the past 5 years. Applicants must not have been terminated from their last position for any reason. No DUI's, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 5 years. Must provide a solid 10-year work history with minimal gaps outside of school or training—maximum of 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years. Must be able to successfully pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen. Benefits Earn between $1100 - $1400 weekly. New trainees are compensated at $650+/week for the duration of their 4-6 week training period. Pay rate of .56 (0-6 months experience) to .64 per mile based on experience. $15 stop pay. Eligible for a .06 per mile monthly bonus for driving over 9200 miles with no accidents and maintaining fuel efficiency at 7 MPG.
