Summary As a Floor Technician at Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our community. Located in Berea Ohio, this position is essential to ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for our residents and their families. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior floor care experience or general housekeeping experience. This role is vital to the overall look and feel of our community and is responsible for creating a great first impression to staff, residents, families and visitors. This position has a starting pay rate of $15 an hour The typical schedule for this opportunity is five(5) 8-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview. Conduct carpet cleaning and buffing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ensure all areas are clean and safe for residents, staff, and visitors. Assist with custodial duties as needed to support overall facility hygiene. Respond promptly to cleaning requests from staff or management. Maintain equipment used for floor care and report any malfunctions. RequirementsRequirements Proven experience in floor care or custodial services preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with commercial cleaning products and equipment is a plus. Good communication skills to interact effectively with staff and residents.
