Active RN licensure in the state of Virginia. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Director-level role within an acute care setting, with specific experience in Medical Surgical units preferred. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving departmental goals. Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
