Join our team as a Team Shift Supervisor! Please note that you will be working for a franchisee of Taco Bell, which operates independently from Taco Bell Corp. and its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your employer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations during your shift, providing exceptional service to our guests, and leading your team effectively. Key Responsibilities: Guest Service: Deliver a fantastic guest experience by maintaining Speed of Service (SOS) goals. Address guest complaints promptly and effectively while fostering positive relationships. Make swift, informed business decisions with guest satisfaction in mind. Maintain a welcoming and friendly work atmosphere for guests and crew. Business Management: Ensure food offerings are prepared per standards and specifications. Oversee labor management within acceptable limits, adhering to labor laws. Control food costs effectively and responsibly. Supervise opening and closing procedures safely and efficiently. Ensure proper food preparation, rotation, and holding times. Implement marketing initiatives including point-of-purchase displays and suggestive selling techniques. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations. Manage crew productivity by strategically deploying staff throughout the shift. Ensure crew members are well-trained and equipped. Respond to safety and security issues with urgency and adherence to protocol. Monitor equipment cleanliness and functionality, addressing repairs promptly. Team Leadership: Act as a role model by adhering to appearance and procedural standards at all times. Engage in collaborative goal-setting and pursue achievement as a team. Motivate team members to uphold performance standards consistently. Provide constructive feedback to support team development. Work together with team members to address challenges and make informed decisions. Resolve conflicts and enhance team performance in a supportive manner. Communicate effectively with your team, both in writing and verbally.
