The General Manager oversees the entire restaurant operation, focusing on team development and customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in hiring, training, scheduling, and managing performance while ensuring that we meet our financial goals. Key Responsibilities Include: Delivering outstanding customer service and upholding company standards. Guiding Crew Members and Shift Supervisors to fulfill their duties while ensuring safe, quality food is served with a smile. Regularly analyzing sales, labor, and inventory to drive margin and sales growth. Leading a team in a fast-paced environment while adhering to food safety regulations. Managing the restaurant’s budget and financial performance. Maintaining open communication with field leadership and restaurant staff. Building a strong team through training and giving constructive feedback. Ensuring food safety and sanitation, including proper storage of ingredients and supplies. Maintaining the restaurant facility and equipment to meet Wendy's standards. Following established opening and closing procedures. Prioritizing the safety of both guests and employees. Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Obtain a food handler's certificate as required by state or local regulations. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Reliable transportation is necessary. Maintain a professional appearance and hygiene standards. Ability to work flexible hours and be dependable. 2 years of experience in quick service and fast-food restaurant environments. Preferred: 2 years of food management experience. Preferred: 2 years of drive-thru management experience. Requirements: Strong team player with a positive attitude and work ethic. Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Detail-oriented, able to manage pressure, and remain calm in challenging situations. Professional and courteous interaction with guests and coworkers. Effective verbal and written communication skills, including strong math abilities. Ability to make timely and sound decisions that meet business and customer needs. Proactive in taking responsibility to resolve issues. Physical Requirements: Able to lift 10-40 pounds, reach effectively with arms and hands, and stand or walk for extended periods.
