Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Obtain a food handler's certificate as required by state or local regulations. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Reliable transportation is necessary. Maintain a professional appearance and hygiene standards. Ability to work flexible hours and be dependable. 2 years of experience in quick service and fast-food restaurant environments. Preferred: 2 years of food management experience. Preferred: 2 years of drive-thru management experience. Requirements: Strong team player with a positive attitude and work ethic. Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Detail-oriented, able to manage pressure, and remain calm in challenging situations. Professional and courteous interaction with guests and coworkers. Effective verbal and written communication skills, including strong math abilities. Ability to make timely and sound decisions that meet business and customer needs. Proactive in taking responsibility to resolve issues. Physical Requirements: Able to lift 10-40 pounds, reach effectively with arms and hands, and stand or walk for extended periods.
