Description The Global System Integrator Business Development Lead is integral to our global business development team, focusing on driving growth across multiple markets through collaboration with industry-leading System Integrators. You will cultivate strategic relationships with sales teams worldwide and our Business Units, deepening engagement for mutual success. This sophisticated role demands a thorough understanding of System Integrator ecosystems and customer connections, showcasing Tektronix's unique contributions and value proposition. You will play a crucial role in influencing revenue growth and engage directly with top-tier leaders and architects. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the Tektronix System Integrator ecosystem while mapping our solutions to targeted markets. Foster deep, strategic relationships with key System Integrators to enhance collaboration. Partner with teams across Tektronix to execute a thoughtful, impactful System Integrator program. Design and implement prospecting programs aimed at discovering and accessing new markets and customers for additional revenue streams. Collaborate with vertical market business development managers to optimize best practices and leverage their expertise within the System Integrator ecosystem. Oversee visual management and engagement strategies for Tektronix's global Systems Integrator relationships. Work directly with field sales teams, jointly developing strategies for key account management utilizing System Integrators. Collaborate with Business Units to identify current and upcoming trends in methodologies and technologies that lead to comprehensive customer solutions. Analyze market data for insights and create engaging presentations that empower field teams to build credibility and open new doors. Lead discussions with customers, focusing on forward-looking industry trends and innovations. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, Systems Integration, or Business Development, preferably within the Test and Measurement sector. Proven knowledge and established contacts in the industry, recognized as an expert. Ability to synthesize diverse information into a cohesive growth strategy. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering effective training to internal teams, solution partners, and customers. Results-driven, with a knack for influencing various functions and gaining buy-in from stakeholders. Pay Range The salary range for this sales position (inclusive of sales incentives/commissions in local currency) is 210,400 - 390,800.
