Discover more about us at . Your Role: Join us as a Lead NetSuite Solutions Architect, where you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge NetSuite solutions. We seek an individual with extensive NetSuite knowledge and strategic consulting skills. The perfect candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, hands-on implementation experience, and the talent to transform business needs into impactful NetSuite solutions. Your Responsibilities: Convert client requirements into innovative and practical solutions using a deep understanding of technology and business platforms. Work alongside client teams to craft and implement solutions tailored to their unique needs. Facilitate workshops and discussions to identify client needs and align them with business objectives. Translate technical capabilities into actionable business advantages. Create detailed business and functional requirements documentation. Act as a Subject Matter Expert, offering insights and making essential decisions for the team. Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of NetSuite modules. Assist with data migration, testing, and go-live processes to ensure smooth transitions. Serve as a link to refine requirements with various teams, both on-shore and offshore. Develop comprehensive documentation outlining solution architecture and implementation strategies. Support project management efforts by tracking timelines and identifying risks. Mentor and guide team members on best practices and methodologies. Travel Requirements: This role may involve travel, ranging from 0 to 100%, based on business and client demands. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in NetSuite architecture and implementations. At least 5 years of experience working with various NetSuite modules. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required; an Associate's Degree with 6 years of relevant work experience is acceptable. Preferred Qualifications: NetSuite Certifications, such as SuiteFoundation and ERP Consultant, are highly desirable. Experience with NetSuite Enterprise clients. Familiarity with NSAW & NS EPM is a plus. Strong understanding of NetSuite's AI capabilities. Experience in Pre-Sales Solutioning. Fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous. Compensation: At Accenture, compensation varies based on numerous factors, including location, role, and experience. We encourage applications on an ongoing basis, with no fixed deadline.
