Job Details: Experience the freedom of practicing in the best interest of your patients without corporate administrative interference! Caseloads build rapidly; just ask any member of our team! We foster a team-oriented environment of therapists and prescribers working together. Regular collaboration is prioritized, with monthly staffing meetings to discuss patient cases and clinical topics with your prescribers. Conduct your clinical work from home, choosing your own days and hours, with virtual clinical team meetings. Compensation is hourly, with a medical insurance benefit available for full-time therapists. We are looking for someone enthusiastic about working in a collaborative team format to ensure seamless coordination among our psychiatric and counseling providers. Job Requirements: Must hold a full clinical license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.) and be open to licensure in additional states. While significant clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred, it is not mandatory. Experience with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is highly desired. Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficient in computer use and basic technology. Compensation: Hourly Salary Range: $50 - $70 USD
