Job Overview As an Overnight Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Assistant and General Manager by independently managing shifts and embodying the Live Más spirit. You will take ownership of operations, proactively solving problems and guiding your team towards success. Key Responsibilities Efficient Shift Management: Ensure smooth operations while maintaining Taco Bell’s high standards. Problem Resolution: Take initiative to tackle challenges and seek assistance when necessary. Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate team members to provide outstanding customer service. Customer Satisfaction: Foster a welcoming environment where every customer leaves satisfied and happy. Availability for closing shifts, typically wrapping up between 3:00 am - 5:00 am.
