About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Strategist to enhance our regional retail leadership team. In this essential role, you will provide strategic and proactive HR support that aligns with our business objectives while enhancing the overall teammate experience. Collaborate closely with store and regional leaders to offer expert HR guidance as a trusted advisor on various HR matters while fostering our company culture. Your responsibilities will include: Executing enterprise-wide HR initiatives that drive engagement Analyzing HR metrics to inform strategic decisions Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies Supporting change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant HR experience A strong background in multi-unit or retail HR support Experience in employee relations, workforce planning, and executing HR strategy The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication, coaching, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. You should also have a strategic, consultative approach and the ability to influence without direct authority. HR certifications and a solid grasp of employment laws, best practices in HR, including familiarity with DEI initiatives and change management, will be advantageous.
