Clinical Nurse Education Lead

The Clinical Nurse Education Lead is a crucial member of the client's field organization. As an educator, you will engage with both internal teams and external healthcare professionals. This role emphasizes sharing essential knowledge about the safety and effectiveness of the company's products, how to use them properly, and patient follow-up recommendations. Working alongside the sales team, you will collaborate with Sales Managers to prioritize accounts and tailor engagement strategies. You will also play a vital role in training new members of the sales team. The potential for impact and teamwork in this role is significant! Duties & Responsibilities Educate healthcare practices on product safety and efficacy, including proper product handling and criteria for patient selection. Deliver non-CME educational programs designed by the company to various practices and organizations. Assist with the organization of patient education materials in office settings. Act as a medical information resource for the sales team in your designated region. Effectively and knowledgeably address inquiries related to the company's products. Maintain accurate records of account visits and discussions. Collaborate with Sales Managers to develop and implement a focused regional business plan. Be willing to travel up to 60% of the time, including weekends for medical and nursing meetings. Manage your own travel and accommodation arrangements during field visits. Submit expense reports for business-related costs biweekly or at least monthly. Qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent is required. Active Registered Nurse license is mandatory. You must hold a healthcare license in at least one state within the covered territory. A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in critical care is essential. You should have over 5 years of experience as a Clinical Nurse Educator. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead without direct influence. A valid driver's license is required. Willingness to travel up to 4 nights per week. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in pharmaceutical or nursing roles is preferred. Comfortable presenting to both small and large groups. Residing near an airport is a plus. The anticipated salary range for this position is $140,000 - $155,000. #LI-Remote
