Cadillac of South San Francisco is looking for a Part-Time Concierge to join our team! The successful candidate will be comfortable with customer interactions & clerical administrative tasks. VISION: Make client interactions feel warm, human, personally crafted and effortless. CHARACTERISTICS / TASKS / ROLE Act as a single point of contact to Cadillac clients & onboarding staff Be involved in the Cadillac meet & greet process (Greetings on arrival and answering phone-calls) Coordinate with the other concierge staff members to ensure scheduling, low call-fail rate, and cohesion between departments Processing of new car inventory and dealer trades Processing of check requests Coordinate Cadillac Loaner usage on a daily/weekly basis to ensure 50% loaner usage on each unit. Order office supplies. Direct Cadillac customers shopping for a new vehicle to the dedicated Sales Representative. The Concierge/Cadillac Brand Expert needs to be the go-to person for all things Cadillac. Performing additional duties as assigned SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / QUALITIES / ATTITUDE Be a proactive problem solver. Master the art of hospitality, have a sense of luxury. Create the feeling of a warm welcome / warm farewell, have a good sense of "the human touch". Ability to smile, be positive and manage stress. Be attentive, available and empathetic. Be well informed and "In the know". Anticipate needs, know how to manage wait time. Be responsive and effective, and always follow-up. Have an exemplary and respectful attitude at all times. Have an impeccable presentation at all times.
