Associate Dentist

We are seeking a clinically strong, performance-oriented Associate Dentist to join a de novo practice with an aggressive growth strategy and strong new-patient acquisition. This role is best suited for a dentist who understands the realities of a de novo ramp-up and is motivated by long-term upside rather than short-term guarantees. Compensation & Growth 25% of collections No income cap $800/day guaranteed for the first 3 months during ramp-up Patient volume will build progressively; earnings scale directly with clinical productivity In mature practices within our organization, top-performing doctors earn approximately $362,000 annually working 4 days per week (11-hour shifts) Clinical Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Proficiency in molar root canals Ability to perform simple and surgical extractions Efficient diagnosis and comprehensive treatment planning Schedule Commitment 4 days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays) 11-hour shifts Includes evenings (up to 7pm) and weekends Extended hours are essential to our access-driven model Who Will Succeed Dentists comfortable being measured by results Professionals who remain engaged and patient during early ramp-up Strong team players who contribute to a high-accountability environment Clinicians who value growth, consistency, and long-term earning potential Mandarin-speaking is a plus Important Note This position is not designed for dentists seeking limited hours, a narrow clinical scope, or guaranteed income beyond the initial ramp-up period.
