Team Development Trainer

As a Team Development Trainer, you will play a vital role in our crew by training new employees and supporting your team in various positions, such as cashier or drive-thru. You'll be the key resource during your shift, ready to resolve issues and lend a helping hand wherever needed. Key Responsibilities: Training: Cross-training existing employees, leading sessions on new products or procedures, and offering coaching. Oversight: Supervising team members when the manager is away. Standards: Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent standards are met. Additional Responsibilities: Conducting pre-shift huddles or meetings. Assisting with scheduling. Managing food costs and implementing cost control measures. Creating productivity reports. Arranging functional aisle and dining room setups.
