Onsite Field Service Technician

Your Responsibilities: Provide exceptional onsite technical support to ensure the best performance of Lexmark products. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues relating to printers, scanners, fax machines, and other peripherals. Conduct routine maintenance including cleaning, alignment, and calibration of devices. Assist customers with installation, configuration, and user training. Troubleshoot complex issues promptly and effectively. Document all service interactions and maintain comprehensive equipment records. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions. Collaborate with internal teams for repairs and replacement of parts. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure lasting satisfaction. Follow safety guidelines when handling electrical components and heavy machinery. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Excellent driving record and valid driver's license. Demonstrated experience as a field service technician, preferably with Lexmark products. Knowledge of printing technology, network connectivity, and IT infrastructure. Strong understanding of computer systems and operating systems (Windows/MacOS). Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written. Self-motivated with a strong commitment to customer service excellence. Ability to safely lift and handle equipment up to 60 lbs.
