Trailer Operations Specialist

Join Our Team as a Trailer Operations Specialist! We are seeking dedicated individuals to expertly manage trailer movements while prioritizing safety and efficiency. As a Trailer Operations Specialist, you will be essential to our daily operations and will have the opportunity to take on a variety of important tasks: Daily Preparations: Prepare Vehicle Condition Reports (VCR) for the jockey truck and forklift, ensuring they are ready for safe operation each day. Work Area Organization: Keep your workspace clean and organized to promote safety and productivity. Trailer Movement: Carefully operate trailers under supervision, moving them to and from dock doors with precision. Loading Support: Work collaboratively with your team to load raw materials, ensuring all items are efficiently prepared for shipping. Documentation Review: Certify outbound loads by reviewing Bills of Lading (BOL) and ensuring that all paperwork is accurate and processed correctly. Final Preparation: Wrap partial pallets and stage loads systematically for seamless loading onto trucks. Housekeeping Duties: Maintain cleanliness and organization standards by managing partial and mixed pallets effectively. Basic Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old; 21 years or older if a Valid U.S. CDL is required. Possess a Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (if applicable). Ability to pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test (if applicable). Comply with all safety regulations established by PepsiCo Beverages North America. Physical capability to push, pull, lift, and carry weights between 20 and 50 lbs throughout the shift. Strong communication skills in English are required for CDL holders.
