Your Role and Responsibilities As a Consulting Account Executive (CAE), you will be pivotal in advancing Hakkoda’s mission by spearheading and executing sales strategies for consulting services. You’ll actively cultivate relationships with direct clients as well as key technology partners in the Financial Services and Insurance industry. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in finance data analytics. Deepen your knowledge of Hakkoda’s services and solution offerings to effectively convey our value proposition to both technical and business audiences. Seek opportunities to improve your industry understanding and market awareness to boost client engagement and revenue generation. Identify potential FSI accounts that align with Hakkoda's offerings and track client buying patterns through your industry insights. Establish and qualify relationships with target contacts through meetings, calls, and workshops, working alongside Hakkoda Data Architects as necessary. Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline from initial lead through to closure, ensuring efficient account preparation and strategy development for qualified opportunities. Align appropriate Hakkoda resources to pursue and win opportunities, expanding our footprint in the region. Foster collaboration with key partners to enhance account strategies and to engage in market-facing activities. Build and nurture prospects, customer, and partner relationships daily to identify and grow new service opportunities for Hakkoda. Effectively leverage Hubspot, social media platforms, and research tools to maintain an accurate pipeline and track activities. Develop a credible understanding of data and analytics to facilitate meaningful discussions in the field. Travel as required to attend client meetings, industry events, and partner activities. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Minimum of 7 years of consulting services sales experience with a track record in data, cloud, analytics, or business intelligence services targeted at Financial Services clients. Solid understanding of the cloud, data, analytics, and business intelligence technology space. A strong passion for technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Highly self-motivated with a proven ability to progress opportunities through to closure. Excellent critical thinking skills for transforming client challenges into viable sales opportunities. Exceptional written, verbal, and social communication skills, comfortable with presentations to diverse audiences. Ability to work independently, exhibiting strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. Skilled in building long-term business relationships across varying levels of complexity within client buying teams. Proficient in research and understanding complex technical concepts. Experience with Google Apps, Slack, LinkedIn, and familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred) for maintaining sales data.
