Permanent - Pharmacy Clinical Manager - Pediatrics

Competitive salary, leadership bonus and full benefit package Why this job:As the Pharmacy Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing the pharmacy clinical programs which includes formulary management, policy and procedure development and education across the healthcare spectrum. Sustain the hospital formulary, minimizing non-formula procurement, utilizing therapeutic interchanges and promotes rational drug therapy selection. Identify, design and analyze drug utilization reviews to promote rational drug therapy and determines action plan based on result Experience you'll need: Bachelor's or PharmD from ACPE accredited school; At least 1 year as a Pharmacy Clinical/Operations Specialist is required; Minimum of 5 years of hospital/acute care pharmacy experience required; preferably within area of focus. Hospital pharmacy management experience preferred. Active Texas Pharmacist license and Active Pharmacy Consultant license required, or equivalent as per State requirements for a Pharmacy Director/Pharmacist in Charge.
