Description Join our dynamic team as a Risk Advisory Consultant focused on corporate security and business resilience! In this exhilarating role, you will be part of the Alert:24 Risk Advisory team within WTW's Crisis Management specialty division. Alert:24 serves as WTW's in-house advisory practice for security and business resilience, offering 24-hour crisis support. Our team provides intelligence, consultancy, and training solutions that enable our global clientele to identify, monitor, and manage risks effectively. With three operational centers worldwide, we deliver 24/7 response triage, advocacy, and support. Please note, this is NOT a Cybersecurity/IT position. The Role As a Security & Business Resilience Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our North America Alert:24 Risk Advisory team. This full-time position requires regular travel and offers a hybrid work model from one of our 60 US offices, with a preference for candidates near our key hubs in Houston, Chicago, New York, or Miami. Key Responsibilities Act as a technical expert in Security Risk Management and/or Business Resilience, managing various client engagements across sectors in North America. This includes developing plans and policies, conducting assessments, and leading training and crisis management exercises. Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to guarantee project excellence and a seamless client experience. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and enhance client interactions and methodologies. Create technical content for presentations, training materials, e-learning, and marketing initiatives. Stay informed on key risks, methodologies, and industry developments through continuous professional development. Support to North America Risk Advisory Lead Assist in expanding our presence in North America by collaborating with regional and global teams to enhance the Alert:24 profile and foster client relationships. Provide feedback on third-party specialist performance and contribute relevant contacts from your network. Support project scoping by offering technical insights to delivery strategies. Engage in client feedback processes after service delivery. Help develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for the region, encompassing articles, presentations, and webinars. Collaboration with the Crisis Management Team As a key differentiator for WTW, the successful candidate will assist the Crisis Management broking team in North America during client and prospect engagements. Effectively present the Alert:24 offerings to clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications Requirements: At least 7 years of experience in security and/or business resilience consulting, management consulting, corporate security, or business continuity, with significant consulting experience highly valued. Ability to assess client needs, design suitable solutions, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of independent problem-solving. Experience delivering training or exercises on-site with clients. Quick learner, capable of engaging with clients on new subjects with confidence. Strong communication skills, including presentation proficiency. Familiarity with US federal and state regulations and industry standards (e.g., ISO's). Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Aptitude for managing multiple tasks and stakeholders concurrently. Strong skills in report writing and presentation using the Microsoft Office suite. Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time. Desirable Qualifications: Deep expertise in Alert:24's core service areas: Security Risk Management and Business Resilience. Active participation in relevant industry associations (e.g., ASIS, OSAC, GBTA, ISRM). Experience working with geographically dispersed teams. Conversational proficiency in an additional language. Familiarity with insurance, security, and medical crisis response services. Experience supporting proposal writing and sales initiatives.
