What You'll Do: Utilize various strategies to attract and recruit top talent, including networking, resume screening, cold calling, and more. We emphasize a continuous recruitment approach to maintain a robust candidate pipeline across all departments as we expand. Effectively screen candidates using our HR systems and ensure regular updates to the database. Collaborate with external search firms to identify and engage high-quality candidates. Educate managers and executives on effective networking and recruitment techniques. Engage in additional consulting tasks such as selecting HR technology, enhancing corporate training and employee development, and shaping compensation strategies. Support the update of HR policies to reflect best practices. About You: 3-5 years of proven recruiting experience with a strong performance record. Bachelor's Degree.
