The Team and Role: As a Channel Account Manager for Amazon Business and AWS, you will be instrumental in enhancing Logitech's partnerships within Amazon's business framework and AWS ecosystems. You will work collaboratively across teams to lead Logitech for Business channel strategies, drive growth, and unlock new opportunities for Logitech's innovative products and solutions. Your Contribution: At Logitech, we value authenticity and teamwork. In this role, you will: Lead the development and execution of channel strategies for Amazon Business and AWS. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at Amazon and AWS, leveraging these partnerships to broaden Logitech's market presence. Advocate for Amazon and AWS within Logitech, providing valuable feedback and aligning their needs with our internal teams. Drive partner enablement initiatives, ensuring partners can effectively promote Logitech solutions to their clients. Collaborate with various teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management) to ensure alignment and meet key business goals. Organize targeted marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to engage partners and accelerate growth with AWS and Amazon Business. Utilize data insights to monitor channel performance, optimizing strategies for better outcomes. Key Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should possess: 5+ years of experience in channel management, ideally within ecommerce or technology sectors, with a strong preference for experience in Amazon and/or AWS ecosystems. A proven ability to meet and exceed channel sales targets in cloud and enterprise products and services. A solid grasp of enterprise IT and cloud solutions, particularly within AWS. Expertise in fostering strategic partnerships and implementing joint business plans. Exceptional interpersonal skills for managing partner relationships. The ability to navigate multiple stakeholders across organizational levels and influence decisions through effective negotiation skills. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar) for tracking and reporting pipelines. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively showcase Logitech solutions. Experience in channel marketing strategies. Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields, or equivalent industry experience. Familiarity with Amazon and AWS ecosystems and their operational frameworks. Experience in developing joint go-to-market strategies with major tech resellers or platforms. A technical understanding of video collaboration and unified communications, as well as personal workspace systems. Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator for engaging, managing, and expanding channel networks. This position offers an OTE (base+variable bonus) typically ranging from $130K to $246K, depending on location and experience.
