Position Overview Are you passionate about enhancing healthcare through innovative technology? We are looking for a motivated Clinical Consultant for Medical Imaging to join our dedicated team. In this exciting role, you will provide crucial clinical consulting on GPS PACS/Medical Imaging projects, including activities such as report configuration, workflow analysis, and comprehensive testing. You will also have the rewarding opportunity to provide training remotely or onsite and offer go-live support to ensure a smooth implementation of our cutting-edge healthcare solutions. Your clinical expertise will not only aid our customers but will also empower our sales and company team members in effectively utilizing our advanced products, all while upholding compliance with our quality procedures and providing support to the Technical Assistance Center (TAC). Duties and Responsibilities: Provide expert knowledge and support as a consultant for customers and company personnel. Coordinate and manage training events by collaborating with relevant stakeholders within HCUS and customer sites. Deliver ongoing support to address application-related and image quality concerns at both product and system levels. Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and professional staff to ensure optimal utilization of Fujifilm products. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation to support customer training initiatives. Offer additional training and consultations to contribute to Professional Services revenue goals. Work closely with the HCUS team to facilitate customer acceptance of FUJIFILM Medical Systems solutions. Engage in teaching and training customers via remote sessions or by traveling as necessary. Ensure compliance with all quality management system regulations. Communicate effectively and cultivate strong relationships with various departments within HCUS (Service, Engineering, Integration, Customer Service, etc.). Adhere to company quality and regulatory compliance standards in all functions. Maintain a safe work environment and take corrective actions as needed. Participate in professional organizations to stay updated in the field. Provide telephone and remote clinical support through our ON-Call Technical Assistance Center (TAC). Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Comply with all relevant U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulations and ISO 13485 standards. Meet vendor credentialing requirements to access healthcare facilities. Qualifications: Professional Experience: 2 to 10 years of progressive experience in the medical technology, healthcare, or IT industry, with a preference for experience in Cardiology or Radiology. Preferred registrations include: Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist Registered Nurse with Cardiac experience ARRT Registered Radiology Technologist Strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work dynamically within a team. Experience with healthcare or software applications is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Strong troubleshooting skills combined with technical support experience. Adept at identifying workflow needs to ensure product features meet clinical requirements. Ability to thrive in fast-paced work environments. Education/Certification Requirements: Associate's degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant healthcare field is required. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Travel: Frequent travel (up to 75%) may be required based on business needs.
